BUCKFIELD – Eunice M. Curry, 84, of North Hill Road, Buckfield, died May 28, in Norway.
She was born in Johnston, R.I., on July 31, 1920, the daughter of Everett and Kathleen (Phillips) Winsor.
She was educated in Rhode Island schools and graduated from Johnson & Wales College of Providence R.I., with a bachelor’s degree in business.
She was a member of the Harmony Historical Society of Rhode Island.
She loved to garden, watch birds, and was a sports addict. She was a dedicated mother, and her family was her life, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by one daughter, Barbara McKenzie and her husband, Edward, of Buckfield; two grandchildren, Susan Cayer of Farmington, and Linda Gordius of Scarborough; three great-grandchildren, Mark Cayer and Michael Cayer, both of Farmington, and Audra Gordius of Scarborough; and one nephew, Ronald Carmark of Rumford, R.I.; and one niece, Grace Carmark of Webster, Mass.
She was predeceased by her husband, Wilfred Curry, in 1954, and one sister, E. Leah Carmark of East Providence, R.I.
