LEWISTON – Brandon Tiner hurled a no-hitter, striking out 14 batters, as Dube Gravel improved to 7-4 on the season with a victory over Gendron’s Mobile in the Major Division of the South Lewiston Little League. Nathan Fairchild had the big hit, a bases clearing triple. Jacob Soucy was a repeat hitter. Drew Fenderson played tough defense for Gendron’s.

St. Hilaire wins

LEWISTON – St. Hilaire Construction outlasted Hannaford 13-9 Tuesday night. Jacob Kendall, Korey Kolsar and Kyle Billings all made their pitching debut for the winners. Kendall sparked the offense with a double.

Taylor Vaillancourt and Conor O’Malley both pitched well for Hannaford. O’Malley ripped a 2-bagger.
