The following are to be arraigned on Aug. 2 in Rumford District Court:

• Gerard T. Hamner Jr., 39, of Rumford, on a Knox County warrant for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, at 5:35 a.m. on June 16. He was released on $200 cash bail.

• Lindsey A. Pollish, 20, of East Livermore, on charges of assault and obstruction of government administration, at 12:55 a.m. on June 16. She was released on $400 unsecured bail.

• Joshua R. Pollish, 19, of Rumford, on a New Hampshire warrant and a charge of refusal to submit to arrest, at 12:55 a.m. on June 16. He was transported to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Ronald Harding, 42, of Rumford, on a charge of violation of a protection order, at 3:35 a.m. on June 13. He was transported to Oxford County Jail.

• James A. Austin, 48, of Oquossoc, on charges of operating with a suspended registration and violation of conditions of release, at 2:55 p.m. on June 12. He was transported to Oxford County Jail.

• James A. Austin, 48, of Oquossoc, on charges of operating under the influence and theft of several bags of potting soil from Aubuchon Hardware, at 1:10 a.m. on June 12. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• Timothy Blanchard, 33, of Mexico, on a Kennebec County warrant for negotiating a worthless instrument, at 1 p.m. on June 11. He was released on $100 cash bail.

• Stacy Brann, 34, of Peru, on a charge of having a suspended registration, at 10:50 a.m. on June 11. He was released on $200 unsecured bail.

• Jeremy M. Byron, 30, of Rumford, on a warrant for an unpaid fine on a charge of theft of services, at 3:05 p.m. on June 10. He was released on $121.25 cash bail.

• Randall A. Hanson, 48, of Rumford, on a Penobscot County warrant for failure to appear for a rule violation, at 12:45 p.m. on June 10. He was released on $300 cash bail.

• Oscar E. Bernard, 48, of Rumford, on a charge of operating under the influence, at 5:26 p.m. on June 5. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.

• Craig Shaw, 26, of Rumford, on a charge of disorderly conduct, at 3:08 a.m. on June 5. He was released on $500 unsecured bail.

• Bradley M. Veilleux, 23, of Rumford, on a warrant for failure to pay fines, at 2:15 a.m. on June 5. He was released on $120 cash bail.

Accident

June 12, 4 p.m. – A 1992 Geo Storm, operated by Christopher Gravel, 17, of Mexico, sustained $2,900 in damage in a rollover on Route 120 near the Isthmus Road. Gravel was treated at the scene for a minor head injury by Med-Care Ambulance medics.
