FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, Conn., has announced the Dean’s List for the spring semester. In order to receive this honor, a student must achieve a 3.6 grade average, based on a 4.0 scale. The following student has attained dean list honors for the spring semester: Stephanie Anne Strout of Buckfield.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass., – The following area residents were awarded degrees by Springfield College for studies completed in May 2005:
Kathryn Tassinari of Auburn earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
Jason Burnell of Poland earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
Julie Poisson of Wales earned a Master of Science degree.
Syracuse University
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Area students named to Syracuse University College of Arts and Sciences Dean’s List The following area students enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences at Syracuse University were named to the Dean’s List for the Spring 2005 semester. To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must achieve at least a 3.4 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) during the semester: Joey Beaudette, of Lewiston, is a freshman majoring in philosophy; Stacy Cloutier, of Lewiston, is a freshman majoring in arts and sciences; Nicholas George, of Rangeley, is a junior majoring in political science and history.
