LEWISTON – Louise C. Blanchette, 88, of 4 Ledgemere Lane at Country Lane Estates, died Friday, July 8, at her home with her family at her side.
Born in Lewiston, she was a daughter of Albert and Marie Louise Blanchette Cloutier.
She married Charles E. Blanchette on Dec. 4, 1949. He died Feb. 18, 1994.
She was a member of Holy Family Parish.
She loved to be with her family and enjoyed reading and doing puzzles.
She is survived by two daughters, Miss Claire Blanchette of Lewiston, and Lise Lavallee and her husband, Bruce, of Minot; a son, Guy R. Blanchette and his wife, Debbie, of Litchfield; her grandchildren, Steven and Cindy Lavallee; Amy J. and Wayne Louis, Amy L. Blanchette; and her great-grandchildren, Kristina and Brenden Lavallee.
She was predeceased by two sisters, Loretta Caron and Jeanne Cloutier, and a brother, Rene Cloutier.
