LEWISTON – A listing in the 8th District Court log that appeared in Monday’s paper incorrectly identified a charge against Paul M. Phinney Jr., 38, of Auburn. Phinney was charged Jan. 20 with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia; he pleaded guilty April 19. The information was incorrectly provided to the Sun Journal.
