The following are to be arraigned on Sept. 6 in Rumford District Court:
• Thomas K. Currivan, 54, of Rumford, on a charge of operating under the influence, second offense, at 3:25 p.m. July 27. He was released on $700 cash bail.
• A 17-year-old Rumford boy, on a probation hold, at 2:25 p.m. July 27. He was taken to the Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office in Augusta.
• Ricky W. Marston Jr., 29, of Rumford, on two Oxford County warrants, one for failure to pay a fine on a charge of operating after suspension and one for failure to report, and one Waldo County warrant for failure to pay a fine for charges of operating after suspension and failure to register a motor vehicle, at 9:55 p.m. July 26. He was released on $865 cash bail.
• A 16-year-old Bethel boy, on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, at 8:50 a.m. July 26. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.
• Amanda L. Buotte, 18, of Rumford, on charges of operating under the influence, illegal possession of a Schedule Z drug, operating beyond license restrictions, and possession of drug paraphernalia, at 11:30 p.m. July 24. She was released on $500 unsecured bail.
• David A. Carrier, 28, of Rumford, on a charge of operating under the influence, third offense, operating after suspension, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal attachment of plates, and five warrants: from Franklin County, failure to appear for a bench trial on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension, and, from Oxford County, failure to appear on a charge of operating under the influence, two counts of failure to appear for operating after suspension, and for violation of conditions of release, at 12:53 a.m. July 24. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.
• Dustin LeBlanc, 19, of Rumford, on a warrant for failure to pay a fine, at 10:52 p.m. July 22. He was released on $415 cash bail.
• Sabrina N. Mason, 21, of Rumford, on a charge of disorderly conduct, at 9:29 p.m. July 22. She was released on $300 unsecured bail.
