The following are to be arraigned on Sept. 6 in Rumford District Court:

• Patrick J. Feeney, 33, of Bethel, on a charge of operating under the influence, at 12:45 a.m. July 23 on Vernon Street.

• Alain Camire, 19, of Windsor, Quebec, on a charge of driving to endanger, at 8:05 a.m. July 22 on Route 26.

• Chad Levourdias, 27, of Greene, on a charge of driving on suspension/revocation, at 2:40 p.m. July 13. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Thomas Bender, 25, of Jay, on a charge of operating without a license, at 5:25 a.m. July 12 on Route 2.

Accidents

• Kricket L. Thompkins, 40, of Canton Point Road, Dixfield, lost control of her 1999 Subaru station wagon at 10:30 p.m. July 21 on Canton Point Road when she swerved to avoid a moose. She skidded across the road and struck the embankment. Her vehicle rolled over and landed on its roof. She was taken to Rumford Hospital, where she was treated and later released. Her vehicle was destroyed.
