He was taken to Oxford County Jail, where he was released on bail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Oct. 4.

• Shawn M. Russell, 27, of Maine Avenue, Rumford, on a charge of operating after suspension, at 4 p.m. Aug. 6 on Main Street, Mexico. He was taken to Oxford County Jail, where he was released on $600 unsecured bail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Oct. 4.

• Erik B. Hanson, 19, of Dixfield, on a warrant from Portsmouth, N.H., for theft of a motor vehicle, at 1:51 a.m. Aug. 6 on Granite Street. He was also arrested on a charge of burglary of a motor vehicle. He was taken to Oxford County jail and then to Portsmouth.

• Melissa C. Adams, 46, of Lisbon Street, Lewiston, on charges of second offense of operating under the influence, operating without a license, operating after suspension, and possession of a suspended license, 2 a.m. Aug. 4 on Colby Street. She was taken to Oxford County Jail, where she was released on bail. She is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Oct. 4.

Rumford

• Michael Thomas Early, 23, of Silver Spring, Fla., on a Florida felony arrest warrant on a probation violation for charges of trafficking in stolen property and burglary, at 3:20 p.m. Aug. 5. He was transported to Oxford County Jail in Paris to await extradition to Florida.

• Raymond Monte, 54, of Rumford, on a charge of domestic assault, at 7:09 a.m. Aug. 5. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

• Treasa Every, 33, of Silver Springs, Fla., on Rumford District Court warrants for unpaid fines and fees, at 1:53 p.m. on Aug. 4. She was released on $124 cash bail.

• Edward Adams, 56, a transient whose last known address was Oregon, on a charge of disorderly conduct, at 5:23 p.m. Aug. 8 on Cumberland Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris. he is to be arraigned Oct. 4 in Rumford District Court.
