LEWISTON – Ruth O. Roehrig, 94, formerly of Ridge Road in Lisbon Falls, died Monday morning, Aug. 15, at the Ste. Marguerite d’Youville Pavilion in Lewiston.

She was born in Durham, Oct. 28, 1910, a daughter of Clarence and Mary Moses Parker. She was educated in Lisbon schools and graduated from Lisbon Falls High School with the Class of 1929.

On Sept. 3, 1967, she married Charles Roehrig; he died Aug. 4, 1994.

She lived for 30 years in Auburn and attended the Shiloh Chapel in Durham.

She is survived by two sons, Kenneth and his wife, Arlene Harris, of Lisbon Falls, and Richard Olum and his wife, Carole, of Farmingdale; one brother, Walter Parker and his wife, Blanche, of Lisbon Falls; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by nine brothers and sisters.

The family wishes to thank the Lamp Alzheimer’s Residential Care Facility for seven years of care and compassion, and the d’Youville Pavilion in Lewiston for their two years of care and compassion throughout her stay at each of their facilities.
