WILTON – Monday Niters Ladies Bowling League will hold a organizational meeting at 6:30 p.m. tonight, at Meadow Lanes. This meeting is open to all women bowlers. If unable to attend, contact Cindy at 897-5917.

Fair pageant

FARMINGTON – The sixth annual Miss Farmington Fair Pageant is looking for contestants to compete on Sunday, Sept. 18, at the Farmington Fairgrounds for the titles of Miss Farmington Fair and Junior Miss Farmington Fair. Applications are available by calling Lisa Bird at 839-5578. Cash and prizes will be awarded to each winner. Contestants will compete in talent, formal presentation, interview, essay and for Miss Hospitality and Miss Congeniality.

Miss Farmington Fair contestants will range in age from 14 to 18 and junior contestants are ages 9 to 13. Judges are also needed. Call 839-5578 to get an application.
