• Noel C. Hasenfus, 38, of Rumford, on a warrant for failure to pay fines, at 8:10 p.m. Aug. 19. She was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Kristine Belyea, 23, of Peru, operating under the influence, at 1:45 a.m. Aug. 19. She was released on $500 unsecured bail.

• James M. White Jr., 22, of Rumford, on a warrant for failure to pay fines, at 5:05 a.m. Aug. 16. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

Accidents

• A 1993 Chevrolet Lumina van operated by Mitchell Maddocks, 42, of Bryant Pond, struck the rear of a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer sport utility vehicle, operated by Debra Gauvin, 34, of Rumford, at 12:05 p.m. Aug. 12 at Bridge and Franklin streets. Gauvin complained of neck pain; Maddocks was not injured. Damage to the van was estimated at $2,000; to the SUV, $1,000.
