RUMFORD – Funeral Services for Harold “Budge” Blaisdell Sr., were held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 6, at S.G. Thibault Funeral Home. The Rev. John Gensel officiated. Interment with military honors will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 17, at Greenwood Cemetery in Dixfield. Services were under the care of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home, 250 Penobscot St., Rumford.
