Auburn

• Vehicles driven by Edith Jones Merrill, 81, of Oceanside, Calif., and Judith A. Pike, 64, of Auburn, collided at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday on Elm Street. According to a police report, Merrill was pulling from a parking space and struck the side of Pike’s car. Damage to Merrill’s 2003 Toyota was estimated at $1,000; to Pike’s 2004 Buick, $2,500.
