WATERVILLE – Colby won its 12th consecutive Elm City Bowl with a 4-1 victory over cross-town, non-conference rival Thomas on Monday. The Mules (4-3) got two goal apiece from Chris MacFadyen and Monty Hankin and outshoot the Terriers 34-3 in the game. MacFayden got Colby on the board early, stealing a clearing pass from a Thomas defender and blasting the ball past Terrier keeper Ryan Conrad. Hankin scored the game-winner with 12 minutes to play in the period.
Craig Ziegler scored the lone goal for Thomas (0-8-1). Conrad finished with 12 saves.
Zach Starr finished with one save for Colby.
Endicott 4, St. Joseph’s 1
STANDISH – Kyle Austin started the scoring 3:36 into the game on a pass from Chris Croteau to power Endicott to a 4-1 win against St. Joseph’s. Ruben Margolis made it 2-0 with a goal off a corner kick from Austin at the 41:23 mark. Elias Carrero and Josh Lewis each scored a goal in the second half for Endicott (4-8).
St. Joseph’s lone goal was scored by Shannon DeShield on a feed from Kevin Melega.
