Elwin Ellis, 57, New Sharon, driving under the influence Sept. 20 by Maine State Police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 provided for court appearance on Nov. 23.

Michael W. Chiasson Jr., 29, Rumford, driving under the influence Sept. 21 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $500 provided for court appearance Oct. 26.

Diane M. Bouchard, 25, Rumford, possession of Schedule W drugs and furnishing Schedule W drugs Sept. 21 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $500 provided for court appearance Oct. 26.

Christina Leigh Currier, 19, Farmington, driving without a license Sept. 21 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $1,000 provided for court appearance Oct. 26.

David Gene Currier, 50, Farmington, driving under the influence Sept. 21 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $500 provided for court appearance Oct. 26.

Justin C. Haley, 22, Rangeley, on a warrant for failure to appear-driving after suspension Sept. 21 by Rangeley police. Cash bail of $300 provided for court appearance on Sept. 28.

Cynthia L. Matthew, 48, Jay, driving under the influence Sept. 22 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $2,000 provided for court appearance Oct. 26.

Jesse L. Richards, 22, Livermore, probation violation Sept. 22 by the Sheriff’s Department. As of Sept. 30, he was still being held, according to a jail officer.

Robert Smothers, 30, Farmington, driving under the influence Sept. 23 by the Sheriff’s Department. Unsecured bail of $3,000 provided for court appearance Oct. 26.

Richard Bickford, 36, Dryden, warrant charging fugitive from justice Sept. 23 by Wilton police. As of Sept. 30, he was still being held, according to a jail officer.

Kevin E. Whitcher, 22, Wilton, driving after suspension, violation of condition of release, improper plates Sept. 24 by Farmington police. He was released by the court for court appearance on Nov. 10, according to a jail officer.

Bryan E. Worthley, 32, Rumford, possession of Schedule W drugs and violation of condition of release Sept. 24 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on Nov. 10.

Tracy A. Howard, 34, Mexico, possession of Schedule W drugs Sept. 24 by the Sheriff’s Department. Unsecured bail of $2,000 provided for court appearance on Nov. 23.

Chancell A. Luce, 22, Strong, violation of condition of release Sept. 25 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance Nov. 10.
