LIVERMORE FALLS – The Livermore Falls High School class of 1948 held its 57th class reunion on Sept. 10 at the Chuck Wagon Restaurant.

Those attending were Jeannine (Desjardins) Simoneau, Rita (Wardwell) Bailey, William Mitchell and wife, Betty, Maxine (Lake) Bailey and Elvira (Morse) Morris, all of Livermore Falls; Theresa (Bergeron) Mills, Clem and Lucille (Poulin) Desjardins, Grace (Diamond) Jacques, Margaret (Cram) Guild, Russell Wagner, all of Livermore; Patricia (Enstedt) Pollis, June (Murray) Ouellette, all of Jay; Beverly (Iott) Pond of Farmington; Polly Putnam of Ogunquit; Angela (Hughes) Wallace of Connecticut; and Nathalie (Richards) McLaughlin of Bangor.

After a meal was served, each told a little bit about themselves, followed by a drawing for the centerpieces. There were 61 in the class and 23 have died. It was voted to hold a reunion yearly from now.
