LEWISTON – Mr. and Mrs. Michael Fortier of Lewiston are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Deneka Lynn Fortier, to Gard Andrew Deletetsky, son of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Deletetsky of Auburn.
Miss Fortier is a 1996 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2000 graduate of Troy State University in Alabama, where she earned a degree in both marketing and broadcast journalism, as well as a minor in art. She is currently employed by the Lewiston School Department, where she teaches as an educational technician III at McMahon Elementary School. She is also co-owner of Fortier Family Cheer Center, home of the Planet Cheer All-Stars in Auburn.
Mr. Deletetsky is a 1999 graduate of Edward Little High School and also attended Troy State University in Alabama. He is currently manager of outward-bound calls at Great Falls Marketing in Auburn.
A Dec. 10 wedding is being planned.
