MAUI, Hawaii – The wedding of Jessica Fontaine and Jeffrey Ritz was held at 11 a.m. on April 22 at Heritage Park Tropical Gardens in Maui, Hawaii.
Mrs. Ritz is the daughter of Michael and Linda Morrow of Sabattus. Mr. Ritz is the son of William and Kathleen Ritz of Salinas, Calif.
The bride, given in marriage by her stepfather, Michael Morrow, wore a strapless ivory satin gown with crystal beading, asymmetric wrap princess line gown with chapel train. She carried a bouquet of peach and orange Calla lilies.
Kelli Gilzow, best friend of the bride, served as honor attendant, and William Ritz, brother of the bridegroom, served as best man. Ushers were Benjamin and Nathan Lemieux, cousins of the bride.
A reception was held at the Ramada Inn in Lewiston, after they returned from their honeymoon in Hawaii.
The bride is an undergraduate in psychology from the University of Maine at Orono and is currently enrolled at the University of Southern Maine, studying for a degree in school psychology. She is employed at the Margaret Murphy Center for Children in Lewiston.
The bridegroom is an undergraduate in history at the University of California in Santa Barbara and received a master’s degree in history from the University of Maine at Orono. He is employed by Union 44.
