LEWISTON – Evrinome G. Flounders, 82, of Farwell Street, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 5, at d’Youville Pavilion.

She was born on Sept. 2, 1923, in Auburn, the daughter of George and Edith Pike Bounatsos.

She married James (Lee) Flounders on Aug. 11, 1984.

Her hobbies were dancing and country music. She also loved going to Foxwoods and Las Vegas and entertaining family and friends.

Evrinome is survived by her beloved husband of Lewiston; children, Linda Ward and husband, Michael, of Auburn, and James Arel and wife, Suzanne, of Auburn; grandchildren, Mark Arel of Sabattus, Brian Arel of Colorado, Kevin Arel and wife, Jennifer, and their children, Hannah and Jacob, of Auburn, Joel Arel and wife, Linda, and their children, Allyson and Thomas, of Auburn, David Arel and wife, Michele, of Auburn; sisters, Mrs. Everett (Irene) Hodsdon of Nebraska, Mrs. Linwood (Victoria) Weaver of California, Mrs. Ronald (Vassar) Laughton of Scarborough; stepdaughters, Carol Dittmar and husband, Lynn, of Rhode Island and Florida, Pamela Regula of Ohio; step-grandchildren, Nicole and husband, Garry Bryan, Tracey and husband, Mike Courivan, and their children, Megan and Matthew, of Florida, and Brad and Jeffrey Regula of Ohio.

She was predeceased by her parents and a brother, George Bounatsos of California.
