OXFORD – Oliver O. Hall, 72, of Oxford, died Friday, Nov. 11, at his home.

He was born in Bethel on Aug. 18, 1933, to William and Nettie (Knight) Hall.

He married the former Delores “Dolly” Harney on Nov. 17, 1962.

He worked for Robinson Manufacturing and Bessey Motor Sales.

He served his country in the U.S. Air Force, and was a member of American Legion Post 112 of Oxford.

He is survived by his wife, Delores “Dolly” Hall of Oxford; a son, Brian and his wife, Katie Hall, of Norway; a brother, William Hall of Norway; sisters, Edith Garvey of Medfield, Mass., Olive Sanborn of Oxford, and Carole Gagney of Cumby, Texas; four grandchildren, Brandi, Kristi, Katelyn, and Haley.

He was predeceased by three brothers, Richard, Russell, and Jesse Hall; and two sisters, Dorothy Austin and Sylvia Caswell.
