LEWISTON – Post 22, American Legion, recently awarded scholarships to students who are attending schools of higher education.

As the students have already started the school year, their grandparents, members of Post 22, accepted the awards.

Leandre Buteau accepted the scholarship for his granddaughter, Danielle Moreau, who is attending the University of New England.

Gerald Labrie, accepted the scholarship for his grandson, Louie Tremblay, who is attending Emerson College.
