NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Stu Barnes had a goal and an assist and Marty Turco made 23 saves to help the Dallas Stars beat the Nashville Predators 3-1.

The Stars, coming off a 4-1 home loss to Phoenix on Friday night, are 9-2-0 in their last 11 games and 8-2-0 in their last 10 road games.

Dallas pulled away with a pair of second-period goals.

Jere Lehtinen opened the scoring on a power play at 5:45, beating goalie Tomas Vokoun with a wrist shot. Barnes made it 2-0 with 1:47 left with a shot from the left side of the net that slid between Vokoun’s pads.

Nashville cut it 2-1 on Scott Hartnell’s power-play goal at 3:39.

Dallas completed the scoring at 6:04 on Antti Miettinen’s power-play goal.

Notes: The Stars have at least one power-play goal in 14 straight games, the longest streak in the NHL. … The Predators have scored at least one power-play goal in their last seven games.
