Extension meet

CHESTERVILLE – The North Chesterville Extension will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, at the home of Melissa Knowles.

Program planning for 2006 will be the topic followed by the annual Christmas party. All meetings are open to the public. For more information, call 778-3156.

Food drive

FARMINGTON – The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce is holding a food drive, seeking donations until Friday, Dec. 16. Those wishing can bring nonperishable food or monetary donations to the office at 407 Wilton Road, Suite 1.

Remembering

JAY – VFW Post 3335 will sponsor a Pearl Harbor Rememberance Ceremony at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, at the VFW.
