TURNER – Harvey Bell, co-owner of Bell Photographic Inc., was re-elected to the board of directors of the Maine Professional Photographers Association at a recent meeting in Augusta.

The association is dedicated to furthering photographic education, and upholding a high standard of ethics and professionalism in photography.

Harvey also serves on the board of the Scholarship Committee, which provides scholarships to Maine photographers to advance their craft.
