AUBURN – The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will present a workshop on “How to Make Meetings Work” from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursdays, April 6 and 13.

Facilitated by Julie Zink, the course is designed to help improve personal communication in small groups. Participants will learn effective leadership and conflict management skills, methods and techniques for problem-solving and decision-making, and group organizational skills.

Zink has more than 20 years of experience in teaching communications at the postsecondary level.
