Wood carving done by members of the Streaked Mountain Woodcarvers is on display at the Norway Memorial Library through May 12. Small carved objects include birds and animals, fish, a Czechoslovakian Santa, a rolling pin Santa, carved eggs and a whimsical house. Carvers represented are Bob Perry, left, and Jack Frost. Not pictured are Merle Glines, Clarence French, Chuck Perry, Laura Freeman, White Wolf Gumm and Chuck Friis. Perry will demonstrate small object carving at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 4, at the library. The public is welcome.
