AUBURN – The 50th anniversary of the Auburn Suburban Little League will be observed Saturday, May 13 during opening ceremonies for the 2006 season. The ASLL as born in 1957.
Ceremonies begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Cliff Rydholm Complex on the Garfield Road. Past presidents will be recognized as will be original sponsors East Auburn Community Unit and Pepsi, and the sponsors of the Ham and Pomerleau Awards.
League officials are inviting anyone affiliated with the organization in the past half century to the special ceremonies that will take place on Memorial Field.
