AUBURN – Harriet Cummings of ERA Worden Realty was recently awarded the designation of accredited seller representative.
Cummings earned the designation by attending an intensive two-day seller agency training class. The Accredited Seller Representative course is managed by the Seller Agency Council, Inc. and is geared toward providing agents with tools and skills needed to professionally represent the seller in a real estate transaction. In addition, designees must be able to prove that they have conducted successful seller representation with a documented history of closed transactions.
