NASHUA, N.H. (AP) – The husband of the woman who recently fled New Hampshire with her 8-year-old son and a 16-year-old boy was in court Tuesday for a custody hearing.

Rod Malone of Canterbury was given extended custody of his two sons, Brennan and Logan.

Last month, his wife, Jennifer Malone, was found in Florida with Brennan and 16-year-old Christopher Cole. She’s been charged with interfering with the custody of Cole, whom she met as a teacher’s assistant at a school for troubled adolescents and with whom authorities believe she was having a relationship.www.thewmurchannel.com/index.html
