BERLIN, N.H. – The wedding of Tina Hamel and Michael Coy was held at 1 p.m. on July 1 at the Berlin Gazebo in Berlin, N.H. Shane Riff, minister, officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Coy is the daughter of Cheryl Flanders of Berlin, N.H. and Derek Lakin of Hampton, N.H. Mr. Coy is the son of Mary Riff of Gorham, N.H. and Nathan Coy of Las Vegas, Nev.
The bride, given in marriage by Derek Lakin, wore a floor-length strapless gown with long train and diamond-shaped flowers with pearl accents gracing the left side of the gown. She also wore a matching veil supported by a tiara.
Chrystal Godin was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Amber Hamel and Danielle Coy, daughters, and Lana Desgrosseilliers, niece. Krista Lakin, niece, was flower girl.
Serving as best man was Bill Lakin, best friend, and ushers were Duane Steele, friend, Ricky Coy, brother, and David Broome, son. Nathaniel Chevarie, nephew, was ring bearer.
A reception followed at the Eagles Club in Berlin, N.H. The couple is planning a wedding trip at a later date. They are residing in Berlin, N.H.
The bride is a graduate of Berlin Senior High School and is employed at Granite State Independent Living.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Grafton High School in Grafton, N.H. and is employed at the Paul Vallee Lumber Co.
