Meeting change
GORHAM, N.H. – The place and time of the Gorham Historical Society members meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, July 25, has changed to 8:15 p.m. in the downstairs hall of the Gorham Congregational Church, 143 Main St.
The meeting will follow an evening of music by members of the International Musical Arts Institute of Fryeburg, Maine, at 7 p.m.
Members and interested persons are invited to attend the meeting as activities for the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Grand Trunk Railroad Depot, in which the town’s historical society is housed, will be planned.

Society speaker
PARIS – The Paris Hill Historical Society will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 27, at the society building, Tremont Street. Hank Morton will talk about the Paris Manufacturing Co., which was begun on Paris Hill in 1869. The company produced baby carriages, toys, sleds and furniture. The public is invited.
Support group
BRIDGTON – “Mom’s Milk,” a breastfeeding support group at Bridgton Hospital, will meet from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 2, at the hospital.
The group will change the schedule and meet every other Monday at Bridgton Hospital, effective Aug. 14. The support group leader/consultant is lactation consultant Crystal Coen, RN, who will be available at each planned support group session. Bridge play
NORWAY – Oxford Hills Duplicate Bridge held a game July 21 with Woody Mercier and Anna Cormier coming in first over all; second, Barbara and Paul Beegel; third, Dick Allen and Pete Cummings; fourth, Marta Clements and Nancy Farmer.
