(AP) – In a July 26 story about claims of discrimination by straights in this predominantly gay resort town, The Associated Press erroneously reported the number of Massachusetts residents listed by knowthyneighbor.org as having signed a petition in support of a constitutional ban on gay marriage. The Web site published more than 148,000 names and addresses of those who signed, not 5,000.
