This is in response to Dick Rosenberg’s letter Aug. 29, when he inquired why people voted for George Bush.
I vote for whom I think is best for the job. I do not vote in the primaries.
If the Democrats could present someone besides Al Gore, John Kerry or a Kennedy, I just might change my vote. Bush was less of an evil in my mind.
I also believe that the media should be more careful not to jump on the bandwagon to make someone look bad. There are some stories that could cause harm to our soldiers overseas. Some things should be kept secret.
I was alive during World War II, and people then would never dare to give away secrets that could hurt our soldiers.
