The following are to be arraigned on Oct. 3 in Rumford District Court:

• Jessica L. Hanson, 21, Bangor, operating under the influence, 2:05 a.m. Aug. 5. She was also summoned on charges of possession or marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hanson was released on $700 unsecured bail. At 3:10 a.m. Aug. 6 on Rumford Avenue, she was charged with theft of services and violation of conditions of release, and taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Howard McLean, 25, Rumford, operating under the influence, 1:30 a.m. Aug. 5 on Somerset Street. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.

Accidents

• Aug. 4, 1:31 p.m. – A 1986 Chevrolet Camaro driven by Barry Lamarre, 42, of Rumford, traveled through a stop sign at the end of Waldo Street and collided with a 2006 Pontiac SUV driven by Cinda Graubard, 52, of Boulder, Colo. No one was injured. Damage to the Camaro was estimated at $2,000; to the SUV, $3,000.
