Tourney is planned

POLAND – The Poland Spring Preservation Society’s First Annual Maine Golf Heritage Scramble is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 15 at Poland Spring Golf Course. It’ll be a scramble format.

Registration starts at 9 a.m., followed by a shotgun start at 10:00. Entry fee is $75 per golfer.

Following the tourney, there will be an awards ceremony, silent auction and a 50-50 raffle. More information can be obtained by calling the Poland Spring Preservation Society at 998-4142.
