TURNER – The wedding of Danielle White and Matthew Libby was held at 4 p.m. on July 8 on the beach at the Great Outdoors in Turner. Katie Currie officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Libby is the daughter of Carol White St. Pierre and Dan St. Pierre of Auburn and the late Laurence White. She is the granddaughter of Shelton and Rachael white of Auburn and the late Romeo and Donna Giasson of Lewiston. Mr. Libby is the son of Richard and Heidi Libby Jr. of Greene. He is the grandson of Frank and Barbara Farrell of Mechanic Falls and the late Lucien and Audrey Dumont of Auburn and the late Richard Libby Sr. of Sabattus.

The bride, given in marriage by her brothers, Dominique and Andre White, wore an ivory tea length gown with all-over lace and a satin empire waist band.

Twin sister of the bride, Robyn Gray, was matron of honor, and bridesmaids were Genevieve White, sister of the bride, and Katie Langley and Melissa Dube, friends of the bride.

The four best men were Ryan St. Pierre, Jesse Twitchell, Jamie Theriault and Richard Labonte, friends of the bridegroom.

A reception followed at the lodge at the Great Outdoors, after which the couple traveled to Conway, N.H.

The bride is a 1996 graduate of Leavitt Area High School in Turner and a 2000 graduate of Bradford College in Bradford, Mass. She is employed as layout coordinator at the Lewiston Sun-Journal.

The bridegroom is a 1996 graduate of Leavitt Area High School in Turner and is employed as a cabinet maker at Central Maine Cabinetry and Millwork.
