BAR HARBOR – The Moore Companies, 138 Cottage St., Bar Harbor, a full-service landscape architectural firm, announces the addition of Laura Carter, formerly of Rumford, to the staff.

Carter brings 20 years of engineering and construction management experience to combine with The Moore Companies’ landscape architectural capabilities, which will enhance service offerings to commercial, residential, institutional and municipal clients. Services offered include project planning, regulatory permitting, preliminary and final designs, construction document preparation, bidding assistance, construction administration, and construction quality assurance.
