Norway-Paris Fish, Game holds final shoots, raffle
PARIS – The Norway-Paris Fish and Game Association will hold the final fall shoots on Sunday, Sept. 24, at the shooting range on the Buckfield Road, South Paris.
It is also the weekend that the club will pick the winners of its gun raffle. Winners do not need to be present to claim their prize; they will be notified in the weeks following the final shoots.
For those who have attended the first two weeks of the fall shoots, the 50-50 drawing will also be held. Like the gun raffle, the winner will be contacted if they are not present to claim their winnings. Hamburgers, hot dogs and beverages will be available for purchase.
Proceeds from the three Sunday shoots go directly to a fund to send area kids to the Maine Conservation School each year. The first round of shooting will begin at 10 a.m. and the final round ends at 3 p.m.
