THOMASTON – Georges Valley scored all of its goals in the first half while blanking Dirigo, 3-0, in the Mountain Valley Conference championship girls’ soccer game held Monday afternoon.

Megan Schooley, Aley Watts, and Alyssa McCorrison each netted a goal for the Buccaneers (13-0-1) win.

Ashley Geel made nine saves in net for the shut-out.

Lanette Bryant faced five shots in the losing Cougar (11-1-2) effort.
