Leicester, MASS. – Darcey Ward notched a hat trick as St. Joseph’s posted a 4-0 win over Becker College in field hockey action Monday. Julie Ostrowski assisted on all of Ward’s goals. Ashley Tessier faced no shots for St. Joseph’s (5-7).

Gordon College 3, UMaine-Farmington 1

Wenham, MASS. – Mollie Sweeney scored two goals as Gordon College beat the University of Maine at Farmington, 3-1. Bethany Marshall had the lone goal for UMF (10-2).

BIDDEFORD – Taryn Flagg had a goal and two assists as the University of New England defeated Anna Maria College, 4-0. Nicole Mace tallied a goal and an assist for the Nor’easters (6-6).

. Beth Brooks ’10 (Littleton, N.H.) made three saves for her first shutout. Anna Maria’s Rachel Braier turned aside nine shots for the Amcats (2-11).

. Kaeleigh Barker stopped five shots in the losing cause.
