AUBURN – Major League annexed the post-season championship to its regular season pennant Sunday in the Auburn Co-Rec Softball League. Major League went 3-0 Sunday to capture the playoff crown.

The Majors started with a 14-7 win over Wallbow’s Yard Care, followed by a victory over Tri-Town Taxi.

Williams Elite Floor care, compiling a lowly 1-6 record in the regular season, came alive Sunday. Williams upset Margaret Murphy CC 25-24, then knocked off Auto Doctor 5-4 to enter the finals against Major League. But the Majors proved too tough in the championship game, taking an 11-6 victory to claim the title.
