AUBURN – A well-known Auburn couple, Stanley and Ruth Castner, were recently honored on their 70th wedding anniversary. The celebration included a dinner at the Four Seasons Restaurant in Turner.

The event was hosted by their two sons, Wayne and his wife, Sally, of Arizona, and Larry and his wife, Patricia, of Minot. Approximately 90 family members and guests attended, some coming from Arizona, California, Washington, D.C., and Massachusetts, along with some from several towns and cities in Maine.

They received many beautiful cards, flowers, gift certificates and a beautiful guest book with pictures and signatures of everyone as they entered.

They are former owners of Ja-Lynne Mobile Home Court and Sales in Auburn, for many years. They continue to enjoy their retirement in Auburn.
