TURNER – The Turner Historical Museum, Library and Arts Center will hold a holiday open house celebration from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 3, at the Leavitt Institute building, Turner Center.

There will be horse-drawn wagon rides, wreath-making, activities for children, a coloring contest and popcorn and cranberry stringing.

A 1800 class will be taught by Norma Boothby at 1 p.m. Raffle tickets will be sold from a special selection of holiday decorations. Items to be raffled include a picture from a glass negative and a special handcrafted item. The drawing will take place at 4 p.m.

Ice cream made the old fashion way will be available and Santa will be al special guest. Storm date is Sunday, Dec. 10.
