The Great Falls seen from the Auburn side of the Androscoggin River are bathed in pink and blue light Tuesday night in this time exposure. The colorful spectacle was the effort of Central Maine Medical Center and the March of Dimes working together to celebrate National Premature Awareness Day. The event is part of an ongoing effort to focus public awareness on the problem of premature births.
