LEWISTON – The Franco-American War Veterans Post 31 and Auxiliary recently held installation of officers for 2007 at the Multi-Purpose Center. Each group held a short meeting before the meal. The installation followed.

Post 31 officers are: Jirard DerBoghosian, chaplain; Richard Giem, first vice commander; Willie Danforth, commander; Lindy McCollum, second vice commander; George Fleury, trustee; Bob Levesque, quartermaster; Cecile Bourgoyne, historian; Paul Emond, officer of the day; Norm Bussiere, trustee; Ed Samson, adjutant; and Bert Dutil, judge advocate.

Auxiliary officers are: Brenda Bussiere, secretary; Fern Ronan, president; Arlene Tierney, treasurer; Sandra McGill, flag bearer; Nancy Tardif, chaplain; Rachel Gravel, conductress; Carmen Palardy, second vice president; and Terry Labrecque, inner guard.
