LISBON – The Maine Music Society, whose goal is to bring beautiful music to Maine, will host a wine-tasting Sunday, Feb. 11, as a fundraiser for the local arts organization. It will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. at Graziano’s Restaurant, on Main Street.

Founded in 1991, the Maine Music Society, is a nonprofit arts organization made up of the Androscoggin Chorale and the Maine Chamber Ensemble.

This year’s event features Italian wines, including two vintages from Sicily: Lamura Grillo and Lamura Nero-D’Avola.

Maurice Bonneau’s Sausage Kitchen of Lisbon will provide samples of freshly made sausage and a certificate to raffle.

A large gift basket, prepared by The Perfect Basket in Lewiston and containing an array of delicious treats, will be raffled at the end of the afternoon.

Tickets are $15 and may be obtained through the Maine Music Society office at 215 Lisbon St., Lewiston, by calling 782-1403.
