The Jesus Party Pentecostal Kids’ Church is celebrating February as Black History Month. Special guests at 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 23, will be the Rev. Ralph and Laurie Knight, pictured above, founders of Gospel Tent Ministries, who will join the children as they learn about Harriet Tubman. M&Ms, Oreo cookies and chocolate milk will be served as symbols of racial unity. The event, open to children age 5 and up, will be held at Jesus Party headquarters, 291 Bates St., Lewiston.
