LEWISTON – The Jesus Party urban youth outreach will celebrate March Madness with movies, music and munchies.

Ministry Director Doug Taylor said he will introduce a new animated children’s DVD series, “Exploring the Book of Genesis.” The weekly series will help children develop a deeper understanding of the Bible in an entertaining way. The movies will be shown at 6 p.m. every Friday throughout March.

On Saturday, March 16, the ministry will offer a special one-time showing of “Moe and the Big Exit.” Children will learn the importance of following directions. There will be songs and snacks. There is no admission. All shows will be held at Jesus Party headquarters, 291 Bates St.
