LEWISTON – Photographs by Nancy Preble of Lewiston are on display at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center’s Lobby Gallery.

Preble has gained much recognition for her work, including the Maine Web site’s 2002 second-place award for a photograph titled “Winter Wonderland.”

She was chosen to participate in the University of Southern Maine’s Lewiston/Auburn College Artist 2003 Exhibition as well as having exhibits at the Fryeburg Fair for the past four years, the Cumberland Fair for the past three and the Oxford Fair in 2006. Preble was also chosen to participate in the 2006 Turner Center Art Exhibit.

An example of Preble’s work was published in a book compiled by the International Library of Photography two years ago.
